• Project work commences upon receipt of any agreed deposit
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month
• The Company reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. 9. Limitation of Liability
