Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Arius Global Technologies LLC ("Company") provides professional technology services including software development, AI solutions, automation, and related services. Because our work involves the allocation of skilled engineering and design resources, our refund and cancellation terms reflect the nature of professional services engagements.
2. Project Deposits
Most project engagements require an upfront deposit prior to commencement of work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they represent the reservation of team capacity and initial planning resources. If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, deposit refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion.
3. Mid-Project Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rated or time-and-materials basis as applicable
- Any remaining balance from milestone payments covering completed work is non-refundable
- The Company will deliver all completed work product to the client upon receipt of outstanding payment
4. Retainer and Ongoing Engagements
For monthly retainer or ongoing service agreements:
- Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice
- Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
- Unused hours or capacity within a billing period do not carry over and are not refundable
5. Defective Deliverables
If delivered work does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the applicable Statement of Work, the client must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to remedy any defects at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction where deliverables meet the agreed specifications.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at the Company's discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as where the Company is unable to deliver agreed services due to reasons within its control. Each case will be assessed individually.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To initiate a cancellation or submit a refund request, please contact us in writing with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
